Tekbrix Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”). In this Privacy Policy, "TekBrix", ‘we’, ‘us’ or our’ means Invisibelly Limited trading as TekBrix.



When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information, including personal information from you, including:

payment information (including credit card numbers);

We also collect information, including personal information, from you when you respond to one of our surveys or a survey conducted by a third party. The information we collect includes:

market research information (including your buying history, purchase motivations and demographics); and

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Market Research Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations, and sending you notifications by email or SMS in relation to your order, including abandoned cart notifications). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use the Market Research Information that we collect to:

enable us to better estimate your ideal subscription frequency;

better understand our customers in order to guide our strategy and decision-making; and

market our products and services to you.

If you opt-in to email and/or text message marketing, we may send you emails and/or text messages about our store, new products and other updates. TekBrix initiated text marketing messages will not exceed 10 per month. This number does not include any replies to the initial message If you choose to engage in conversational messaging with TekBrix.

For Personal Information subject to the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”), we rely on the following legal bases to process this information:

where you have given your consent;

where the processing is necessary to perform a contract that we have with you, for example when you purchase our products; and

our legitimate business interests, such as improving and developing our products and services and marketing new features or products.

You may at any time refuse to provide the Personal Information that we request. However, this may limit or prohibit our ability to provide our products and services to you. You may withdraw your consent for us to process your Personal Information at any time by contacting us in accordance with our ‘Contact us’ section below.

If after you opt-in to marketing communications via email or text message you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at If you have opted into receiving text messages from us, you can follow the opt-out instruction in that specific text message program if you wish to opt-out. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, your personal information will not be used for marketing, but may still be used for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy (such as fulfillment of orders).


Outside of authorised personnel employed by us, we only share your Personal Information with third parties that meet our data privacy conditions as described in this Privacy Policy. These third parties help us use your Personal Information, as described above, and include:

product tracking and marketing platforms, communications platforms and contractors who we engage to help process Personal Information and other data;

logistics and operations technology platforms and systems who we engage to transmit order and other information within our supply chain;

warehouse and freight companies contracted to fulfil, ship and deliver orders to our customers;

government third parties, including government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies as required, authorised or permitted by law; and

a third party that acquires or intends to acquire TekBrix or its assets.

We may also share or publish aggregate information that does not specifically identify you, such as statistical information about how our customers use our products or their demographic characteristics.


Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your country where the privacy laws may not be as protective. Please be advised that TekBrix reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information to and from any country, including Australia and the United States of America. We do this in order to provide our products and services to you, and also to process data and prepare it for processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You agree to your Personal Information being transferred to other countries when you share your data with us. If you later wish to withdraw your consent to this transfer, you can delete your data in accordance with the ‘Changing or deleting your information’ section below.

The European Commission has the power to determine, on the basis of the GDPR, whether a country outside the European Union offers an adequate level of data protection by making an ‘adequacy decision’. To date, the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision in respect of Australia. Instead, we rely on other legal bases to lawfully transfer personal data around the world (including transfers to countries like Australia where an adequacy decision has not been adopted). These bases include your consent and the European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses, which require certain privacy and security protections. We may make available on our Site, or link to, certain opportunities for our customers and other users to share information online (e.g. on message boards). Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily disclose Personal Information online, that information becomes public and can be collected and used by others. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the use, storage or dissemination of such publicly-disclosed Personal Information.

By posting Personal Information online in public forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties.


If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. We may limit or reject your request in certain cases, including without limitation where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question, where the rights of other persons would be violated or as required by law.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it (including encryption and password protection). However, no method of transmission over the Internet using industry standard technology is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information, and other personal information you have provided, for our records because we need this information to operate the accounts you have with us, to deliver our products and services to you and for the other purposes set out in the ‘How do we use your personal information?’ section. We will retain this information unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


We do not knowingly advertise or collect Personal Information from any individual under the age of 16. If we later find out that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under the age of 16, we suspend and remove this Personal Information immediately.


We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy you will be notified via email (if we have your contact information) or otherwise in some manner through our services that we deem reasonably likely to reach you.

Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our publication of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes to our services (or as otherwise indicated at the time of publication). In all cases, your continued use of our services or Site after the publication of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.
